- Dunearn Road parcel awarded. The Wing Tai Holdings and Metro Holdings joint venture secured the site at S$533 million, or S$1,625 per square foot per plot ratio. Detail on the developer page.
- Bukit Timah Turf City confirmed as a housing precinct. Planning material describes an eventual 15,000 to 20,000 homes with a Turf City station on the Cross Island Line. Background on the location page.
What the Developer Has Confirmed for The Vanda Green
The 99-year leasehold tenure, the 204,962 square foot site, the 327,944 square foot gross floor area at plot ratio 1.6, the indicative 330 homes, and the ground-floor commercial provision of up to 1,400 square metres including a minimum 600 square metre Early Childhood Development Centre.
